Understanding your reactions. Empathy. Understanding that no matter what your profession, age, financial situation, job title, religion etc. we are all human beings. We all feel we all hurt. We all live we all die. That makes us all equal. It’s about embracing who we are, our feelings and the expression of those feelings. The more we understand the more we know. The more we know the more tools we have to be able to connect and be real. When we are performing we are creating a moment and that cannot be done successfully if we ourselves are not connected to the real honest emotions.
